Research interests / activities
My research focuses on wild boar (Sus scrofa), one of the most villainised introduced species globally and within Australia. My goal is to recontextualize their contributions within functional and sustainable novel ecosystems, exploring what happens when human-wild boar conflict is reframed as novel coexistence. Additionally, this research investigates the Influence of social narratives within human-wildlife conflict, ecology and conservation.
