Kathleen Varvaro is PhD candidate in the School of Humanities and Social Inquiry at the University of Wollongong. Her area of interest is human conflicts regarding wildlife which she is currently exploring through the ways kangaroos and associated human conflicts have been managed in the Australian Capital Territory. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Environmental Studies) (Griffith), a Graduate Certificate in Outdoor & Environmental Education (La Trobe) and a Master of Applied Social Research (Monash).
